- Have a Government Photo ID available.
- You must use only one monitor.
- You need to use a computer or laptop running either Windows 10+ or MacOS 10.15+ and be sure your software is updated. You cannot take the exams from a Chromebook or mobile devices (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android device, etc).
- Please shut down your computer and restart before entering the exam and DO NOT OPEN OTHER APPLICATIONS on your computer other than the exam.
- Minimum internet upload/download speed of 2 Mbps.
- You must use an updated version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- You must disable your browser Pop-up Blocker.
- You must have a working webcam and microphone.
- When prompted, you must agree to share your microphone, webcam and clipboard.
